Forest Products Cellulose Nanotechnology Center
The Forest Products Industry through the American Forest & Paper Association Agenda 2020 Technology Alliance and the USFS are exploring the development of a virtual Forest Products Cellulose Nanotechnology Center. This Center provides an opportunity to develop the necessary fundamental research and development to expand the use of nanoscale science and engineering of forest-based materials into a new range of high value forest based products. The Center will initially consist of 7 universities, the Forest Products Laboratory and American Forest & Paper Association Agenda 2020 Technology Alliance and its industrial members.
