Process: 3 separate ways to locate your point (click, XY, or HUC12 ):

A) Search / Zoom and Click "Delineate",

B) or type in your location coordinates.


Search for or Zoom-in to your area.

Select "Delineate" button and click on the stream whose watershed you plan to analyze. Your location is sent to our L-THIA engine and the flowshed of that point is calculated; then you can run our L-THIA model on it to predict runoff.

To enter a specific latitude- longitude select "Lat-Lon" button below , longitude with minus sign must be within -85.00 to -82.50000 and latitude within 40.50000 to 42.00

Select UTM Zone17 N coordinates in meters: range of X should be within 134330 to 304250 and Y within 4474145 to 4662104

Finally click Done

To run analysis on a specific 12 DIGIT HUC, click the "HUC 12" button and select the desired watershed.

Maumee Watershed Multi-media Analysis and Management Tool.

This prototype tool is intended to impart an appreciation of how changes in the use of land can impact the water, soil, and air quality, and also impact biological "quality" or species diversity and sustainability.

The first step is to run Online Watershed Delineation (OWL) tool to delineate the flowshed area that flows to a pour point in your area of interest;

The next step is to view a tabulation of sensitive layers within the area of the flowshed.
