Welshman Bale bagged Madrid’s third when his long-range effort somehow beat Karius and found its way into the net.
GETTY Liverpool target Thomas Strakosha has been a regular in the Lazio side
It’s been rumoured that Roma keeper Alisson has been No 1 choice as replacement though the 90 million euros (£79m) the Serie A side want for their man has put Liverpool off. Now the Reds have got Strakosha in their sights with TuttoMercatoWeb reporting Liverpool are preparing an offer of 30 million euros (£26.3m) for the goalie. Albanian Strakosha broke into the Lazio first team last season and has been a regular ever since. The 23-year-old’s contract runs until June 2022 so there is no rush for the Rome side to cash in.
