Barcelona have been unrelenting in their pursuit of Philippe Coutinho as they seek to find a replacement for Neymar, who joined Paris Saint-Germain in a world-record deal worth £198million.
Liverpool are already bracing themselves for a third bid for Coutinho with reports emerging last week the offer could be in the region of £108m.
The Reds have already turned down two bids, the last of which was for £90m.
Jurgen Klopp has publicly insisted Coutinho is not for sale at any price and suggested during pre-season Barca should stop ‘wasting their energy’.
Reports emerged last night that there could be a change to the transfer window which would see it close earlier next season.
