GETTY Rio Ferdinand has admitted he would loved to have seen Neymar at Manchester United
Neymar shocked the football world this summer by making a stunning £200million move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain. The French club broke the bank to meet the Brazil international's release clause and are also paying him a staggering £940,000 a week before tax. The 25-year-old's move dwarfed the previous transfer record of £89m set by Paul Pogba to Manchester United last summer. And United legend Rio Ferdinand has admitted he would loved to have seen Neymar join his former club instead, calling the move "dirty".

"Neymar's up for £196m… Man United are one of the richest clubs in the world," Ferdinand said on his Youtube channel Five. "I would have loved to have seen him go to Manchester United. "Neymar in a red Man United shirt? Number 7, woah or number 11. "Dirty, it would have been dirty but it wasn't to be."
