'I do not have a drug problem,' he told the Herald Sun.
'I have never been convicted of a drug offence and no question arises as to my ability to visit the USA, or of there being an impact on our business.'
The tycoon - who was also charged with attempted possession of anabolic steroids - appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court in October, where he consented to a diversion order on the charges.
His consent meant he admitted the charges, although no guilty verdict or conviction was recorded, according to the publication.
The court ordered for drugs and instruments seized to be forfeited and destroyed, and placed Mr Wilson on a diversion plan.
It remains unclear why Mr Wilson was targeted by Echo Taskforce, which focuses on probing outlaw bikie gangs.
