Milos Raonic hit 34 aces to beat John Millman of Australia in straight sets and reach the third round on Wednesday.
The Canadian 13th seed won 7-6, 7-6, 7-6 in a match that only featured a break of serve for each player in the second set.
Raonic reached the third round for a sixth straight year, having lost to eventual champion Roger Federer in last year’s quarter-finals.

Raonic, who lost the 2016 final to Britain’s Andy Murray, will play Austrian qualifier Dennis Novak for a place in the last 16.
Novak beat 16th seed Lucas Pouille of France 6-4, 6-2, 6-7, 3-6 6-2 to reach the third round of a Grand Slam for the first time.
Despite his best efforts, Millman was unable to get the better of Raonic on Wednesday
Marin Cilic briefly resumed his match with Guido Pella on No 1 Court, but another shower saw them depart with the third-seeded Croatian leading 6-3, 6-1, 3-4 — a break down in the third set.
