What a difference a player makes.
Late last month, we asked you if you would be OK with the Suns including Josh Jackson in a potential deal for the Cavaliers' Kyrie Irving.
72 percent of responders in an azcentral sports Twitter poll voted no.
Last week, we asked you if you would be for the trade if the Suns substituted Dragan Bender for Jackson.
64 percent of responders voted yes (you can read about the reported Suns' trade offer for Irving including Bender here).
EX-CAVS GM: I think Kyrie Irving will end up getting traded
VOTE: If you were #Cavs, would you trade Kyrie Irving to #Suns for Eric Bledsoe, Dragan Bender and a 1st-round pick? https://t.co/68qRQLZSaq — Jeremy Cluff (@Jeremy_Cluff) August 7, 2017

But not everyone is for the trade.
We received a variety of responses on social media, including many people expressing concern over the Suns making a trade for the Cavaliers point guard.

Here's some of your takes:

I would even consider the Sun's first round pick, just make it a top 5 protected — James (@Gameonearth1) August 5, 2017
Only downside is if Bender becomes as good as porzingis?? — Tweets By Austin (@Iam_Austin7) August 4, 2017
I would haha. I'm just a hater tho. No matter what the Suns do they're not going to beat the Warriors — Tyler McCoy (@NotTylerMcCoy) August 4, 2017
Bledsoe duds and a Miami pick next year. Too much risk for a guy who doesn't have great success without bron and on a rental — SHWAG (@JimmyShwaggert) August 4, 2017
Absolutely not! You still won't be a contender AND he won't resign when it's time to so you've lost on both fronts. — Ernest Shand (@CoachShand) August 4, 2017
No! I do not believe he would add any value to creating teamwork, leadership or discipline to this young corp group of players . — Mark (@4theshore) August 5, 2017
You'll be an 8th seed for 2 years and then Kyrie leaves. That doesn't help the Suns for future success. It actually hurts them — Christopher Stein (@chillchris27) August 5, 2017
I don't even think we would be an 8th seed. — SHWAG (@JimmyShwaggert) August 5, 2017
No thanks — Alex (@Patsnation87) August 5, 2017
We haven't even seen what bender can do yet. His versatility could be very valuable. — Squid (@squiddyfrancs) August 5, 2017
Bender will be good he was injured last year — Jason Nguyen (@Jsn564) August 4, 2017
Why would you give up that much for a guy who most likely won't resign? — SHWAG (@JimmyShwaggert) August 4, 2017
Cavs have ZERO leverage with Kyrie, wait out the Rook GM. No need to get rid of any future pieces, Bled and TJ (very underrated) OR MIA Pick — Justin Allred (@JustinAllred22) August 4, 2017
Doesn't matter when Cavs don't want that garbage. Booker or Jackson is what it will cost — TJ (@2024Carson) August 4, 2017
