The annual IEEE-HKN Student Leadership Conference was hosted by Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana USA from March 31 to April 2, 2017.

Hotel & Travel
Multiple Hotels can be booked through the group rate. State that you are with the Eta Kappa Nu Student Leadership Conference.
Purdue University and West Lafayette are centrally located in the Midwest state of Indiana in the USA. The nearest airport is Indianapolis International Airport. Shuttles are available to travel to and from the airport. Please visit the Purdue Visitor Information Site for more information about traveling to Purdue.
Transportation to and from West Lafayette, including flights and airport shuttles, is not included in the registration price.
IEEE-HKN provides up to a $250 reimbursement to chapters to cover student attendance. Additionally, a further $250 is available for faculty adviser attendance. Once the conference is over, information will be sent out on how to claim the reimbursement, normally just a simple matter of sending in an expense form and receipts for nationals to process.

Dress Code
We recommend a business casual dress style at a minimum for conference events. That said, do not hesitate to look your best! (In other words, business formal is welcome too!) Feel free to bring casual clothes for the evening festivities as well.
