Yuanchen Chu's Biography
Yuanchen Chu received his dual bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy and Tongji University, China in 2013. He joined the Klimeck research group in January 2014. His research interests lie in atomistic modeling of nanoscale devices and NEGF based transport models. In his work, he uses NEMO 5 as a primary vehicle for modeling and simulation.
Current projects:
- Applying complex energy contour integration in core-electron model for self-consistent calculation in Tunneling Fet and broken bandgap materials.[quadchart]
- Investigating Off-diagonal elements extrapolation in NEGF transport with scattering.
- Developing effective mass multi-valley transport model for anisotropic materials.[quadchart]
