Pengyu Long

Pengyu Long received his bachelor degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China in 2012, He is currently a PhD student at Purdue University in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

His main research interest is modeling and design of nanoscale transistors.

His past projects include phonon properties and thermal conductivity of phase change material, low temperature transport properties of phase change material with superlattice-like structure

His current projects include:

• Atomistic simulation of carrier mobility in nanowires.
• Modeling of AlAsSb barrier InGaAs nMOSFET.
• Suppression of source to drain tunneling in short channel MOSFET.
• Design and simulation of 2D superlattice steep transistors.
