7:00am – 8:00am Site set-up
8:00am – 11:00am On-site registration & Technical Inspection Open
9:00am – 10:00am Track Open – Practice
10:00am – 10:15am Welcome, Driver & Track Worker meeting (Mandatory)
10:30am – 11:00am Qualifying Sprint Race #1 (all karts in pit lane by 10:25am)
11:00am – 11:30am Qualifying Sprint Race #2 (all karts in pit lane by 10:25am)
11:30am – 12:00pm Qualifying Sprint Race #3 (all karts in pit lane by 10:25am)
12:00pm – 1:00pm Track Closed – Lunch & Charging break
1:15pm – 1:30pm Race Gridding and Photos (all karts in pite lane by 1:00pm)
1:30pm – 2:00pm 2023 Fall Classic Race
2:00pm – 2:30pm Post-race inspection, Scoring finalized
2:30pm – 3:00pm Awards Ceremony
3:00pm Event Concludes / Site Closed
Requirements:
– Liability release (click here) for all participants Each participant must have a signed form. Minors must have a parent/custodian’s signature. We ask the teacher to come with completed forms and all participants to check-in on race day. Each participant will receive a pit pass (wrist band).
– Technical Inspection Form (click here) for each kart The Crew Chief is to bring the completed form with the kart to Technical Inspection. Technical Inspection will not begin until all above forms are submitted and accepted.
– Driver Safety Presentation (click here) All drivers must watch this presentation before driving in their first evGP event of the season (school year).
Driver’s Test (TBD) All drivers must pass this test before driving in their first evGP event of the season. The test only needs to be passed one time per season (school year).
