Favorite quote: “The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people.” — Randy Pausch

A paragraph about you: I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science Department. I received my Bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Computer Science. I am interested in applying machine learning to improve computer systems. A work I have done is investigating how mobile streaming apps can improve the quality of service by reacting to the changing conditions in the cellular network. My future work will expand on the idea of cooperation between devices and cellular network. I enjoy playing badminton and Japanese Mahjong, and eating spicy food.
