Collaborative research project published in Nature Scientific Reports!
A oxygen nanobubble project carried out at Discovery Park here at Purdue University was recently published in Nature Scientific Reports. It provides a new pharmaceutical biotherapeutic to diagnose and treat hypoxia in cancer and potentially other ischemic conditions. The nanobubbles are made from completely biodegradable cellulosic excipients that are easily scalable to clinical translation.
