Engineering has a tough, competitive culture that emphasizes the academic struggle and portrays itself as being for “anyone but not everyone<\/a>“. This has impacts on students’ wellbeing and success, and limits the ecosystem of knowledge and ideas that makes up engineering (aka ‘latent diversity’). <\/p>

We put this site together to share our quantitative and qualitative research with engineering students. For many of us, it\u2019s been a long time since we were engineering students, and our own experiences may not be reflective of what current students are going through.
