Ravinderjit is a third year student in the medical scientist training program (MSTP), a dual degree program (MD & PhD) between IU and Purdue. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. Ravinderjit is interested in better understanding the mechanisms underlying speech perception in noise, and his current projects are focused on studying auditory binding and binaural hearing. Ravinderjit works with both SNAP Lab and the Brainstem Neurophysiology Lab to combine perceptual, EEG, and single unit data to study the phenomena mentioned before. In his spare time, Ravinderjit enjoys playing basketball and watching college and professional sports.
