RVL History

    The Purdue Robot Vision Laboratory was founded by Professor Avinash C. Kak and is associated with the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Purdue University. The Purdue Robot Vision Laboratory performs state-of-the-art research in sensory intelligence for the machines of the future. This laboratory has made pioneering contributions in 3D object recognition, vision-guided navigation for indoor mobile robots, task and assembly planning, among others.
