Synthetic Aperture Radar

Synthetic aperture radar is a imaging radar system using the power, delay, doppler shift.. of the return signal to generate an image of object

The signal of opportunity have a similar geometry as the bistatic synthetic aperture radar. The GNSS open loop tracking is also similar to the Range Doppler Algorism (RDA) commonly used in synthetic aperture radar.

We are seeking for ways to apply synthetic aperture radar techniques to the signal of opportunity. And potentially solve the range-doppler ambiguity issue by utilizing the sparse array antennas.
