Shubham Negi received his Dual degree (Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech) in Electrical Engineering (EE) with specialization in Instrumentation and Signal Processing from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India in 2019. He was the recipient of S.N. Bose scholarship to work as an intern at Nanoelectronics Research Laboratory (Purdue University) in 2018. During his internship, he worked on designing the circuit for SAR ADC and estimating the power consumption for different bit precision. Shubham is the recipient of the Ross Fellowship award from Purdue University. He joined Purdue University in fall 2019 and is pursuing his PhD under the guidance of Prof. Kaushik Roy. His research interest includes designing circuits and architectures for neuromorphic systems. Currently he is exploring crossbar based STDP learning for Spiking Neural Network. In his free time, he likes to play tennis and read novels.
