Eunseon Yu

Eunseon Yu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics engineering from Gachon University in 2017 and 2018, respectively, and worked as an Affiliated Researcher from 2018 to 2019 at the same university. She has worked on semiconductor materials and devices: thin-film deposition and characterization; process development and modeling; optimal design and characterization of nanoscale CMOS devices, 1T DRAM, and low-power high-density synaptic transistor; CMOS fabrication. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree under the guidance of Prof. Kaushik Roy at Purdue University, IN, USA. Her research interests include novel materials, devices and circuits, and optimal algorithms towards the hardware-driven neuromorphic system.
