Shuichiro Miwa and Joshua Schlegel received the Outstanding Service Scholarship at the College of Engineering Graduate Student Research, Teaching, and Service Awards Program on Tuesday, April 5, 2011.

This scholarship is presented to engineering graduate students who have provided outstanding service to the graduate student community, the School, the College, and/or the University.

In attendance for the ceremony were Ahmed Hassanein, Paul L. Wattelet Professor and Head of the School of Nuclear Engineering, Professor Takashi Hibiki, Academic Program Administrator Ashley Lauren Brooks and Amanda Schlegel, (Joshua's wife).
