Select the desired fin thickness from the palette (0.5mm to 10mm)
Click and drag within the blue dashed Fin Design Space to draw a fin
Fins will automatically snap to the baseplate if drawn within it
Auto-Connect: When drawing near an existing fin or baseplate surface (within 3mm), your new fin endpoint will automatically snap for guaranteed connection
A green circle indicates when you're snapping to an existing fin segment or the baseplate surface
You can draw fins in any orientation (vertical, horizontal, diagonal)
Thermal Analysis
Configure boundary conditions in the Thermal Settings panel on the right
Click Calculate Thermal Profile to solve the heat distribution
Results show max temperature, input power, mass, and Figure of Merit (FOM)
FOM = Power / (ΔT × Mass) - higher is better

Export B&W PNG: Saves current design view
Export SVG: Vector graphics file
Export STL: 3D model file for simulation or 3D printing
