Summer Undergraduate Research Program in Materials Processing at Purdue University

You must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States to participate in the REU Program. You should receive a response to your application by March 19, 2004. Late applications will be considered if we have space remaining in the program. You are welcome to apply to the program by e-mail. • Statement of Research/Career Interests: Please provide us with your reasons for wishing to be involved with the summer research program in Materials Processing. Providing a feel for your background and your interest in research (what projects have you been involved with in the past if any? Do you prefer experimental or theoretical work?) would be helpful. Also, give us your thoughts on your long-term career goals. A statement of one to two paragraphs in length will be sufficient.
