Yukai Zou selected by NIH for Clinical and Translational Research Training

Through a competitive application process, Yukai Zou was selected to participate in the NIH Clinical Center’s Clinical and Translational Research Course for Ph.D. Students—2018 Cohort, from July 9-20 in Bethesda, MD. Each year, 30 Ph.D. students across the United States are selected for this great opportunity for professional development. Congratulations!

PAMR awarded Community Service Learning Grant for Outreach with Imagination Station

Congratulations! The Purdue Association for Magnetic Resonance (PAMR) has been selected as a recipient of the Community Service Learning Grant, from the Office of Engagement at Purdue University, to perform outreach activities with Imagination Station in Lafayette, Indiana. PAMR is actively planning outreach activities related to MRI, and Imagination Station can offer graduate students opportunities to present fun and engaging science activities to local elementary- and middle-school students.

Jana Vincent wins the BMES Student Travel Award!

Jana Vincent is the recipient of the BMES Student Travel Award, funding her October travel to the 2017 BMES annual meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. She will be presenting a poster on her novel flexible and stretchable radiofrequency coil design during the conference.
