Orientation Meeting #3--Monday, April 7, 2014, ME 2054, 5:30 to 6:20 p.m.

Chinese Visa Applications

Please bring to Meeting #3, a completed and signed visa application (four pages) for U.S. passport holders and two additional pages for non-U.S. passport holders. ONLY word-processed forms can be accepted! Please complete, print, and SIGN!

A separate "standard" passport style picture must also be provided. Please paperclip to the application (carefully!) after using a felt tip pen to put your name on the back.

On campus, passport pictures are available in the digital photography office (Room G35?) on the ground floor of Stewart Center--closed for lunch.

For all participants: four page application for Chinese Visa--revised! please complete on-screen,

print out, add your SIGNATURE, and DATE and bring to class OR mail (we need your original signature) to
