Conference Rooms are scheduled by the area secretaries. To make a reservation, you must contact the appropriate area secretary.

These spaces are available first come, first serve basis for a restricted group of users.
ME 1186, ME 1188, ME 1192
ME 1196, ME 1198, ME 1200

PEARL Lab breakout rooms. These rooms seat 8-12 and are for use by
ME Senior Design Students Only.

Three rooms, ME 1192, ME 1194 and ME 1196 have
LCD installed. These rooms are accessed using the card access system.
Mike Sherwood maintains the Access lists for these spaces.

ME Classrooms

The Ford room, ME 2054, is scheduled by the area secretaries and by Jackie Baumgardt. To make a reservation, you should see Jackie in the ME Main Office.

ME Computer Lab reservations are for classes and training sessions where students need access to a PC. These rooms should not be used for general presentations. To reserve these rooms, you must see the staff in the Electronics shop.
