What is your favorite part about Engineering?
My favorite part about Engineering is the fact that engineers make an impact in everyday lives.
What is your favorite class you have taken and why?
ME 200 (Thermodynamics I) because it was one of my first classes in ME so I was excited to finally start classes within my major and it thought it was really interesting.
What is the best thing about Purdue?
The best thing about Purdue is the amount of opportunities we have here. There is so many notable alumni and connections here and all the professors are really knowledgeable in what they are teaching and their research is also really cool.
What sorts of things are you involved in on campus?
I am the professional development/networking chair for MAES - Latinos in Science and Engineering. I am also a general member for Society of Women in Engineering and National Society of Black Engineers.
What is some advice you would give to incoming engineering students at Purdue?
Ask for help! There are so many people that know things about topics that you're struggling with.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I am bilingual! I speak Spanish and English
