SPACE, DONE DIFFERENTLY

Project Polaris is an international collaboration that for three years has brought more than 300 students from 30+ different countries to do space in a very innovative way. Together, we simulate a mini-space agency that contributes to the globalization of space by creating local opportunities and promoting international collaboration. Polaris is more than engineering; we provide our students with intercultural, social, professional, and even artistic experiences!
"Being part of the Polaris family has been one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. Polaris gave me some of my best friends, the opportunity to visit two new countries, write a scientific paper and to present it at one the most important space congresses in the world. All of that in just one year, crazy."

THE POLARIS EXPERIENCE

Polaris is not only a project. It is a life changing experience. For us, doing science means going beyond theory and changing the world. We bring people closer together, we grow interculturally, we innovate, we support our communities: we build #onespace. From salsa dancing lessons, to a group dinner right next to the Seine, Polaris will make you rediscover what a collegiate program can achieve! Checkout some of our testimonials.

POLARIS IN NUMBERS

Polaris’ interculturality is in its DNA. The globalization of space for us means both creating local opportunities and promoting international collaboration. We look forward to expand our program, building together #onespace.
“It wouldn’t make sense if [space] was reserved as a place for only a selected group of nations. Space needs to be democratized; it has to be an endeavor of the entire planet.” (during fireside chat with Polaris)
