Minutes of Meeting #970 March 11, 2003

Present: Professors Cipra, Fricker, Huggins, Montgomery, Okos, Revankar, and Zoltowski.

Absent: Professors Chandrasekar, Collicott, Eckert, and Spitzer.

1. The meeting was called to order by Chair Zoltowski. The agenda was approved as amended.

2. Meeting minutes #969 were approved as distributed.

3. Announcements: A majority of the committee submitted ballots approving EFDs 4-02, 17-02, 19-02, 20-02, 24-01, and 33-02 for the faculty via the experimental electronic balloting process.

4. Revankar moved that EFD 27-01 be approved for distribution to the faculty; Cipra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

§ EFD 27-01 was approved for distribution to the faculty with editorial changes.

5. Revankar moved that EFD 28-01 be approved for distribution to the faculty; Cipra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

§ EFD 28-01 was approved for distribution to the faculty with editorial changes.

6. Revankar moved that EFD 26-01 be approved for distribution to the faculty; Cipra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

§ EFD 26-01 was approved for distribution to the faculty with editorial changes.

7. The meeting was adjourned at 1:25 p.m.
