The kit comes with 119 building pieces, including gears, axles, claws, and connecting pieces. Using these wheels, gears, and axles, children are able to build their own robots with moving parts. The pieces are reusable, and robots can be taken apart to build new designs for hours of fun! The kit comes with instructions that illustrate how to build three different robots with the pieces provided. However, children who use this toy are also encouraged to use their imagination and create their own designs! 

The set does a great job of providing users with materials to explore and understand how gears can be used to move multiple parts in a system. Children are able to create robots that move their arms and turn their head with the simple turn of a knob! This kit improves spatial reasoning skills by allowing children to experiment with how each robot piece can fit together.
