(No Reporting Required for Scholarships or Internships)


The following two items are required for each project for the Program Year. Fellowship recipients only need to complete the Higher Education Performance Report.

Please complete EACH SECTION of your report. Please elaborate where possible (if a paragraph is requested please write a full paragraph). Please include ALL participants. This is important in our reporting to NASA. Copy and paste additional sections as needed to include all participants. 

All final reports are due May 16, but are appreciated earlier. Invoicing is NOT required with the final reporting but must be completed by JULY 31.  Send files as attachments to  No PDFs Please! And please complete all info even if you think we already have it! 

1. Performance Report: These reports need to be completed in full. If you need additional space for participants, please copy/paste or you can add them at the end. If your project includes components of more than one type (such as higher ed and informal ed) please complete both. Return as a word document please!

2. Final Budget Report: This spreadsheet is the same format as the one submitted with the proposal. It must show that all funds have been spent, and reflect all final cost share contributions. Your business office may be able to help if you do not have all information.
