On August 21, 2017, a total eclipse of the Sun will be visible in the Continental U.S. Communities in northern Oregon, parts of Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina will have the chance to see the daytime Sun covered by the Moon.
Teams of grade 9-12 students are challenged to design and build diving objects that will submerge in water as far as possible when exposed to microgravity in NASA’s 2.2 Second Drop Tower.
