| As spring is finally
starting to warm West Lafayette, we want to
share with you some of the accomplishments of our Purdue IE family.
We’re very happy to announce that Purdue IE has maintained its #6 graduate program position in the U.S. News & World Report rankings released in March! This is due to the many ways that our alumni, students, faculty and staff “Rethink IE”: alumna Theresa Carter gave the keynote at Purdue’s December 2018 commencement; the Regenstrief Institute (headed by Dr. Paul Griffin) joined the fight against the opioid epidemic; our students started innovative companies and organizations and published The Industrial Enquirer (below); our annual IE Career Fair grew exponentially; our alumni lead, publish, and make a difference wherever they go; our students went to Jordan and “Mars” and many points in between; and much more. We’ve even compiled a list of a few recent #GiantLeaps in Purdue IE - to complement Purdue University’s “Giant Leaps” 150th anniversary. To help continue these efforts, we hope that you’ll support Purdue IE on April 24 for Purdue Day of Giving, an annual online fundraising event. Happy Spring and Boiler Up! |
