The conference hotel, which is the venue for all technical sessions, is the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago.We have negotiated a discounted rate of $235 for a single/double per night plus taxes (the group rate deadline is June 5, 2011), and will provide a significant number of rooms at the prevailing government rate. Please note that you MUST present a Government ID at check-in to receive the government rate; otherwise you will be charged the regular conference rate.

NOTE: There are two (2) Hyatt Regency Hotels in Chicago - the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is NOT downtown.  By choosing to stay at the conference hotel, you have the convenience of not paying for a taxi roundtrip each day. In addition, we have negotiated free wifi internet in the guestrooms.
