Revanth is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree in the school of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. He received his Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in Electrical Engineering in 2018. Prior to Joining Dr.Gupta's group he worked in Texas Instruments India, Bangalore. His research interests are device modelling and Ferroelectric devices.
