Purpose

What is this course about? This is an advanced graduaet course (600-level) for students to learn how to conduct research related to mobile computing systems. In this course, the students

  • read recent papers about mobile computing
  • propose innovative ideas related to mobile computing (solving problems using mobile systems or solving problems in existing mobile systems)
  • develop solutions to realize the ideas
  • write research papers
  • critique research papers, including the papers written by classmates
