Anter El-Azab

Professor of Nuclear Engineering

Anter El-Azab received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Alexandria and his Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, all in nuclear engineering. Before coming to Purdue, he was a professor of computational science and materials science at Florida State University.

Dr. El-Azab’s research interests include mesoscale materials science and computational science and engineering. He currently works on radiation effects in alloys and ceramics, mesoscale thermal transport, mesoscale plasticity in metals, and computational algorithms. in materials science and mechanics.
