Jeffrey F. Rhoads

Assistant professor of Mechanical Engineering

Dr. Jeffrey Rhoads received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University.

His research interests include the predictive design, analysis, and implementation of resonant micro/nanoelectromechanical systems (MEMS/NEMS) for use in chemical and biological sensing and/or inertial sensing systems, the behavior of parametrically-excited systems and coupled oscillators, and the behavior of mechanical and/or electrical parametric amplifiers.

Dr. Rhoads is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE).
