Fireside chat in Fowler Hall with Provost Jay Akridge and Nobel Laureate Roald Hoffman
|Event Date:||April 3, 2019|
|Location:||Stewart Center, Fowler Hall
|School or Program:||College of Engineering
We often say that our research informs our teaching, but Hoffmann, a Nobel Laureate in Chemistry who has worked with Supriyo Datta on molecular electronics, argues that it can work the other way -- undergraduate teaching can make us better researchers.
The College of Engineering is pleased to co-sponsor this event. The Dean encourages everyone to attend and think about how undergraduate teaching can support your research.
