Purdue Engineers Week

April 10-14, 2017

E-Week Team Competition

Teams will have the opportunity to compete for the E-Week Cup by participating in the four evening competitions. At the end of the week, there will be a celebration at 308 on State.

To register your team for the competitions, register through each of the links on the individual events in the schedule below.

Get your team started with a design challenge hosted by PMEA and PSEF. Your goal is to design the most impressive space-themed rollercoaster you can in under an hour. Points are awarded for functionality and style, so bring your A game to this exciting event.

The Amazing Race
Various tables will be set up across campus where teams will be given clues in order to find the locations of the tables. There's only one catch... in order to receive your next clue, teams will have to work together to complete challenges to receive the next location. The team that can visit the most locations in 1 hour will be the Amazing Race Champions!

The World's Worst Triathlon
The College of Engineering and Colleges Against Cancer Present: The World's Worst Triathlon! This special event includes foot, bike, and water competitions. Compete in the Little .5 bike race to see if you can ride your bicycle slower than anyone else. Prove to all your friends in the 0.5k foot race that you're a real runner. Enjoy a refreshing splash of cold water in the Ice Bucket Challenge.
