  of key features, tips for customizi
 ng searches, and guidance on how to 
 use the database to proactively plan
  for recognition milestones. While t
 he broader landscape of external rec
 ognitions will be briefly discussed,
  the primary focus of this workshop 
 is equipping faculty with a powerful
  tool to take ownership of their pro
 fessional visibility and recognition
  strategy.
