Mentored Teaching Practicum

As part of fulfilling their portfolio, students are encouraged to consider a mentored teaching practicum. The purpose of this practicum is to promote professional development and reflective practice. Topics for a mentored practicum should focus on effective teaching in an engineering education setting (e.g., First-Year Engineering, undergraduate- or graduate-level technical courses, professional practice, P-12) and be developed with the advice of the student's Advisory Committee.
