How to CODO into EEE from another Purdue University Program:
To be eligible to CODO (change of degree objective, or change of curricula) into EEE, a student must meet the following minimum requirements:
Student must have completed ALL the First-Year Engineering program with an EAI of 2.0 or better.

- Have a Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
- The calculated GPA of engineering courses (200 level and above) must be 2.0 or better.
- Student must be in good academic standing and not on probation at the time of CODO.
By exception, students who have not completed ENGR 13100/13200 may be considered for CODO if they meet the standards bulleted above, and have extenuating circumstances that merit consideration. All other First-Year Engineering course work must be completed in advance. This includes: Calculus I: MA 16100 or MA 16500; Calculus II: MA 16200 or MA 16600; CHM 11500; Science Selective: CHM 11600 required; PHYS 17200; Oral Communication Foundational Outcome course (typically COM 11400); and Written Communication Foundational Outcome course (typically ENGL 10600).

If you meet the requirements to CODO as outlined above, the CODO form and procedures can be found on the Office of the Registar website.
Make a CODO Appointment:
Students wishing to CODO into EEE must meet individually with Tammi Thayer, EEE Associate Director of Advising, to discuss requirements and the details of their records. CODO forms (2 copies) that have been signed by the student’s previous program should be brought to the appointment.
