Hi,

I was not entirely sure who to contact but I was looking over Brightspace and I just saw that mid-semester grades for IPA were released.

These were the comments that were provided to me:

Unable to assess because IPE was not in pdf or Word format.

It looks like the whole Brain Tumor Detection team needs to pick up the pace in their project. All work before mid-semester involves a lot of individual image processing learning but they might need to work more actively towards the final brain tumor detection output. You are helping to lead the team but do remember to include others in the decision-making process.

So it turns out that for the teams notebook I accidentally wrote all of the progress reports in another notebook that I use to take notes for my other classes (I did not catch this until the mid-semester grades came out). I just copied those over and they have mostly up to date progress information about what I have been doing each week. I am very sorry about this I will make sure to write them in the proper place from now on.

As for falling behind and only working on Image processing techniques, this is not entirely accurate. We have a CNN model completed and we have promising results (decent accuracy and loss values). The code was not pushed up to Gogs which is why you must have thought that we have only finished image processing up till now. However, I just pushed it up and I will make sure to be more up to date with pushing code up to gogs. I will also talk to my team and make sure that they also push up to gogs every week.

Also, I have resubmitted my IPE in pdf format. For some reason it submitted in a weird document format. You should be able to access it now.

Would it be possible for me to get a re-grade since my progress reports were written but in a different notebook, as well my IPE being in a different document format?

Once again I am so sorry for these problems. I will make sure to be on top of all of this in the upcoming weeks. I appreciate your time.
