[vip-help] VIP Next Semester Inquiry

To whom it may concern,

I was very interested to be part of the VIP IPA team this semester but unfortunately due to other class loads, I do not think I have enough time to make the commitment I would like.

However, next semester I do believe I have the time to be part of this team, would I be able to get onto the same team again?
