  1.  We need to grade the students on their progress till now, i.e., for weeks 2, 3, and 4. Specifically, for every week, please enter points out of 2 for each Teams documentation and their gogs code commits. Every VIP Helper is assigned a few students to grade.
  2.  Besides points, we also need to enter comments or suggestions for them to improve in the T column of the spreadsheet. Comments should be limited to a couple of lines, short but helpful. For example, “You need to be more consistent on committing your code to gogs every week because you are graded for each week” or “Please include relevant equations in your Teams documentation”, etc.
  3.  We need to do this before noon on Monday, which will give Prof. Zoltowski some time to enter this feedback in Brightspace. This is early feedback for the students to improve their scores much before mid-semester grading.
  4.  I apologize for the delay in sharing this information and the grade sheet, and for requesting input on short notice.
