[vip-help] Getting Started with VIP | Bruce

Hello Bruce,

To help with VIP for this semester, kindly complete the following steps:


  1.  I have sent you an invite to VIP Slack. Please accept that and join the channels.
  2.  Complete the FERPA certification training quiz. The quiz can be accessed at: https://www.purdue.edu/registrar/FERPA/certification.html. More information about this is present at: https://skynet.ecn.purdue.edu/~wiki/doku.php?id=epics_vip:epics_vip_graders_setup
  3.  After this, Professor Zoltowski will add you to Brightspace. As you have noticed in class today, there are two classes – APPS and IPA.
  4.  You already have access to VIP Gogs and Teams. VIP Gogs is where students submit code and Teams is where they document their progress.
  5.  Request Professor Delp to be included in vip-help email alias. This is the alias for Professors and all VIP Helpers.
