[vip-help] Error with activate gogs account

Hi, my name is Minchae Yun, I am currently in APPS team.

A few days ago, I set up all the basic settings for my Gogs account. However, I have encountered an issue with account activation. I have tried multiple times to resend the activation email, but I have not recieved any emails , including junk/spam folders.

Could you please assist me with this issue?
