[vip-help] Unable to access VIP teams

Hello,

I am a freshman in VIP, and I received an email requesting that I read my team's reports from last year on Microsoft Teams. Unfortunately, I don't seem to be in the group on Teams or have access to it. What can I do to resolve this issue?
