[vip-help] VIP - meeting with graduate students

You are being sent this email because you will be helping out with the 
VIP APPS and IPA teams for the Fall semester.

You all need to attend the first meeting of both teams  on Tuesday, 
August 20, in room 1028 ARMS.

APPS meets at 4:30pm and IPA meets at 5:30pm.

After this initial meeting you need attend classes one or two more times 
this semester. This will be determined by a schedule you work out with 
the other graduate  students.

I am attaching the course note/requirements.

I assume that all of you in the vip-viper slack workspace (do not 
confuse this with the Viper Lab workspace).
If you are not in the vip-viper workspace, let me know.

We need to meet before class starts. I suggest we meet next week perhaps 
on Thursday or Friday.
